Great Location – With side entry to St Pancras Station. Small Pool Spa with a lot of chlorine not suitable for swimming and scum marks on the sides. Also a decent Sauna in each changing room. The superior rooms were nice and spacious but on the far side of the hotel. The was no bath, worn towels, sealed Windows, the fridge in the room couldn’t be used because it was full of product you couldn’t disturb. Also the room wasn’t ready until 3.45pm. Breakfast was poor, with fresh salmon left out without being chilled. I’ve had better breakfasts in Novotel. A 5 Star attitude without the hotel quality to match.

The Hotel is just WOW feeling when you are checking in and in the lobby area. The hotel is great for when getting of the train from Paris. We stayed one night got off the train from Paris at like 2230 and were in our room by 2300 and we walked with it raining we barely even had to go outside in the rain. The next morning we walked back to the train station and caught the metro to big Ben while the hotel kept our bags for that day. Great stay!

We went for lunch at The Gilbert Scott restaurant with the set three course lunch at £30 per person. The food was superb and my trust for Gluten and dairy free options we noted and catered for very well. The serving staff were very professional and friendly. Afterwards we had cocktails in the bar and enjoyed chatting to the bar man who was very knowledgeable and explained the various drinks available. A very enjoyable afternoon.

The Gilbert Scott bar is one of our favourite places to have a cocktail or two after a day in London. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. They are also knowledgeable about the cocktails and happy to advise and engage in conversation. Our favourite cocktails are the Corpse Reviver 2 and the Ginger Jasmine. The olives and spicy peanuts are great to accompany the cocktails. I would highly recommend this venue.

Amazing location right at the St. Pancras International train station. There are just about 40 Victorian rooms; most of the rooms are typical from a modern hotel. Accommodation are ok, but was a bit of deception after passing through the luxurious lobby and corridors to reach to a quite common hotel room. Very comfortable. Restaurant is astonishing beautiful, used to be the Booking room to the train station.

An awe-inspiring place in which to enjoy breakfast – we went to the splendid Ticket Hall restaurant, where the surroundings were majestic and the food and service were excellent. We were both visiting the British Library for work purposes; the St Pancras Hotel was ideally situated for us, being virtually next door, and our luxurious breakfast set the right tone for the day. Highly recommended.

***** Great experience *****
I arrived around 8AM and the front desk staff was GREAT in getting me checked into an available room of my choice. I want to thank Miguel (Hotel Manager) and Dan (Chamber Room Lounge Manager) for resolving a minor issue swiftly. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. In addition, the hotel is in the PERFECT location.

I love this place. I had training here for one day and I have no words of how beautiful is inside. Too bad you can’t visit without booking. gorgeous building.
I had breakfast and lunch inside of the restaurant and service was 5 stars, very attentive with us, bare in mind we were around 150 people.
definitely I will be back, I’m not sure of they do afternoon tea because I would like to try.

Had a lovely stay with my son, daughter in law and granddaughter. The chamber’s club is amazing and staff everywhere were pleasant and helpful. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Right next to St Pancreas station – what a wonderful building! Went for the Harry potter cocktails. Drinks were expensive but delicious. I’d recommend the butterscotch brew!! Delicious. Great atmosphere and perfect way to wind down after Christmas.

Lovely hotel, superb traditional surroundings. An absolute delightful hotel and good location for all of London. We stayed in the Chambers Club area, it was definatly worth the up-grade.
Re-visited again December 2017. Just as lovely, once again upgraded room and enjoyed a traditional room and the complementary drinks and afternoon tea in the chambers club!
Back to work and will start saving for another time. – enjoy all who visits.

One of the best in London! Staff are all very friendly and willing to help. We wanted to see the grand stairs and Jegor was very kind to give us a tour and showed us everything in the hotel, from the First Ladies smoking room, conference room with the wonderful ceilings, to swimming pool and gym! He’s very patient, explaining everything in details to us. Would definitely come back again!
